Celebrate the Australian Debut of Chihuly's Garden Cycles

AEDA is hosting the Adelaide Celebrates Glass: City Trail as an extension of Chihuly’s Garden Cycle exhibition at the Adelaide Botanic Garden. A number of retail, education, hospitality and tourism services are offering special deals, workshops and experiences to leverage on foot traffic and city visitation. Data to Help Your Business

Learn more about the city economy, population and property market by using AEDA’s Interactive Economic Dashboard. The dashboard displays key metrics for the City of Adelaide, including footfall, nominal expenditure, mobility and parking data from 2022 to 2024. Data is updated on the third week of every month.

Achieve Your Digital Goals

Businesses with less than 20 employees can work one-on-one with a cyber coach to set digital goals as part of the Cyber Uplift Step Program. The program, which has a subsidised cost of $500, includes online training tools, workshops, a networking event and one-year affiliate membership with the Australian Cyber Collaboration Centre.

A1 Data Centre Marks Digital Milestone for Adelaide

Data centre operator NEXTDC has opened a $100 million, state of the art facility on Frome Street to further enhance the state’s digital economy. Dubbed A1 Adelaide, the building has approximately 3,000sq m of IT space and will play a “critical role” in supporting the progress of South Australia’s government, defence, space, health, mining and resource industries.

Green Industries SA is conducting an independent review of the Single-use and Other Plastic Products (Waste Avoidance) Act 2020. It aims to look at how the current legislation impacts the community, while identifying ways it can be improved. Consultation closes on 11 October 2024.

Join SA's Foodie Festival

Want to attract foodies and event lovers to your business? Tasting Australia is calling on businesses to register an event to be part of its 2025 festival line-up. The event—which includes experiences where attendees can learn, eat, drink, watch and make dishes—will run from 2–11 May 2025.
