Advisory Committee
The AEDA Board has appointed the following members to the AEDA Advisory Committee.
These members are joined by Nikki Hamdorf, Development Director at JamFactory, who was chosen by the collective precinct groups within the City of Adelaide to be their representative.
The Advisory Committee provides a formal mechanism for city businesses, mainstreets, precincts and other stakeholders to provide advice to the AEDA Board.

Jasmin Ilic (Chair)
Jasmin Ilic's business CYBR, a cyber security consultancy based in Lot Fourteen, engages with clients from a range of sectors from logistics, healthcare and small business. She has been an active member of the West End Association committee and serves as an Adelaide Chapter Lead for the Australian Women in Security Network.
Nikki Hamdorf
Development Director of JamFactory Contemporary Craft & Design, Nikki Hamdorf has been selected by the City of Adelaide collective precinct groups as a representative and has experience consulting with a range of groups across government, media, corporate and community.
James Black
Currently the CEO of Perks, James has a breadth of knowledge and expertise spanning across finance and real estate both locally and internationally, having relocated to London before returning Adelaide.
Angela Maglieri
SA Water Engagement Manager Angela Maglieri is a strategic business growth executive that has held senior leadership positions in both the private and public sectors. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Flinders University, as well as a Diploma is Business (Marketing) from Clements School of Management.
Mirella Romano
Mirella Romano is a fashion stylist and consultant who has dressed the likes of Miranda Kerr, Jennifer Hawkins and Megan Gale. The former Sunday Mail fashion editor and stylist has been involved in ADL Fashion Week events, as well as campaigns for Rundle Place.
Paula Mifsud
Paula Mifsud is a senior corporate affairs leader currently within corporate and government relations at the University of Adelaide, where she serves as Director. With a strategic portfolio that spans media, policy, and stakeholder engagement, Paula plays a pivotal role in shaping the university’s external communications and institutional positioning. Paulas work includes high-level coordination across university leadership, government bodies, and industry partners. With over 20 years’ experience in the sector, Paula has previously held executive roles in organizations that sit at the heart of Adelaide’s civic and economic life — including the City of Adelaide, Return to work SA & RAA.
