Adelaide Visitor Information Centre
The Adelaide Visitor Information Centre is located at 25 Pirie Street, at the rear of the City of Adelaide Customer Centre.
Open weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, the centre is staffed by knowledgeable, enthusiastic volunteers who can assist local, interstate or overseas visitors and students with directions, brochures, maps, event guides and journey planning. Each weekend, the Visitor Information Centre goes mobile with an unmissable bike located in Rundle Mall. AEDA also manages the Adelaide Greeters who offer free, personalised orientation walks of the city over two to three hours.
Tourism operators are encouraged to give us the latest information about their business to help ensure our volunteers can share this with visitors and students. You can also speak with us about promotional material which is accepted on a case-by-case basis.
AEDA is working towards creating a new Experience Adelaide Centre that will be best-in-class across Australia.
