Greg has significant experience in delivering investment attraction programs, supporting the growth plans of existing firms, developing start-up programs for business intenders and case managing major economic projects.

With professional qualifications in economics and a background in strategic and urban planning, Greg is well placed to provide advice and support to firms, developers and organisations that are seeking to invest or grow in the City of Adelaide.

Tiffany Katchmar

Executive Manager, Business and Investment

Tiffany has a wealth of experience in partnering with industries to attract investment into South Australia, and developing and executing strategies that drive business growth. Tiffany has previously held numerous leadership roles across government, as well as in the private sector, including Director of Defence and Space at Invest SA (Department for Trade and Investment), Director of the South Australian Space Industry Centre and Business Development Manager for Space, Hi-Tech and Creative Industries at Investment Attraction South Australia.

Tiffany will be responsible for leading AEDA’s economic development initiatives, including making Adelaide a destination for expanding companies, working with partners to grow key sectors such as events, technology, education and bio-med, and boosting business and investment in the city.

Ben Kirchner

Business Investment Advisor

Ben is a skilled economic development professional with extensive experience in investment attraction and industry development. Ben has strong connections with state and federal governments as well as an extensive business network. As part of AEDA’s Business and Investment Team, Ben has a proven track record in attracting investment and providing business support services to assist business growth.

With a host of business support, grants and the latest data insights available, Ben is here to help businesses maximise their opportunities in Adelaide. Ben also plays a pivotal role in maximising the benefits from businesses connecting to Ten Gigabit Adelaide – Australia’s first 10Gbps fibre optic network.

Dominic Pangallo

Property Investment Advisor

Dominic is highly experienced in attracting and facilitating investment opportunities that promote sustainable economic development. These support and enhance the city’s position as a key location in the state’s wider investment attraction framework.

As part of AEDA’s Business and Investment Team, Dominic actively engages with investors locally, nationally and offshore, as well as key stakeholders from Government, the commercial property sector, peak industry groups and other key city stakeholders to identify, facilitate and deliver investment outcomes. These investments include high-value major developments and transactions, and smaller-scale business expansions, acquisitions and relocation projects. Dominic provides client support as required at each stage of the investment continuum, including post-project aftercare.

Jordon Tomopoulos

Advisor, Economic Research

Jordon monitors the city’s economy and provides insight into an array of focus areas to support the evaluation of initiatives and inform strategic decisions at AEDA. Using his tertiary qualifications in economics and background in market research, Jordon is able to use both quantitative and qualitative research to analyse data and provide meaning to economic trends.

Research is being conducted on spending and foot-traffic behaviour, population trends and residential demographics, and changes in commercial occupancy rates for office buildings, main streets and accommodation in the city.

Jin Kim

Business & Industry Engagement Advisor

Jin is highly experienced in the delivery of business development programs and stakeholder engagement.

As part of AEDA’s Business Growth and Investment Attraction team, Jin actively engages with the city's business network by delivering business support programs and initiatives to grow capability. In addition to this, Jin works alongside her team members to assist in identifying new opportunities for AEDA that position the city to attract new business investments.
