A globally renowned provider of digital intelligence solutions, Fivecast strategically relocated its head office and 100-member team from Kent Town to Hutt Street in 2023. The move placed the company closer to world-class talent emerging from local universities, provided convenient access to businesses and services across the city and enabled Fivecast to play a more active role in contributing to the vibrancy of the city’s community.

      Nova Systems

      In 2023, engineering services and technology solutions company Nova Systems relocated its 150-member team from Mile End to a newly fitted-out, open-plan office on Pirie Street. The move positioned the company alongside other small-to-medium defence enterprises in the city and provided the space needed to support rapid expansion as the business scales into global markets.

        Accolade Wines

        One of the world’s largest wine companies, Accolade Wines, relocated its head office and 160-member team to the Adelaide CBD, occupying an entire level of the GPO Exchange on Franklin Street. The move supported the company’s plans for business growth while strengthening the city’s economy, and also enhanced connectivity for staff by positioning them close to key services.

          In 2024, Adelaide's leading urban planning firm URPS relocated from Rose Park to its new purpose-built office at 27 Halifax Street. The move created new opportunities for growth, strengthened the firm’s presence in the CBD and introduced a sustainable partnership with Beam, providing staff with free electric scooter rides to and from meetings.

          Plenti, a fintech lender with a head office in Sydney, moved 60 staff members into its second Australian office at Pirie House in 2022. The relocation provided space for its growing team, offered access to a broad talent pool supported by leading universities and a vibrant employment market, and placed staff in a modern, spacious environment in the heart of the bustling city.

          Data centre operator NEXTDC opened a $100 million, state-of-the-art facility on Frome Street to further enhance the state’s digital economy. The new site enabled greater collaboration with Adelaide’s global tech companies, strengthened the company’s brand presence in the city, and provided staff with a comfortable and highly productive working environment.
