AEDA’s new premier forum will bring together senior leaders from business, government, industry and education to explore the forces reshaping our economy and the strategic choices that will define Adelaide’s next decade.
More than a traditional conference, the forum is an immersive opportunity to explore future scenarios, consider emerging risks and opportunities, and contribute to a shared outlook for Adelaide and your organisation. Participants will be introduced to practical strategic foresight tools and scenario planning approaches used by leading organisations to support strategic decision-making in times of uncertainty.
