Adelaide’s visitor economy thrives when we bridge the gap between a delegate's badge and a business’s front door. The Adelaide Economic Development Agency (AEDA) is now scaling its Exclusive Offers Program, a strategic initiative designed to put your brand directly in front of conference attendees, event delegates, and cruise passengers.

This isn't just about a one-off discount; it’s about year-round visibility to a high-value, captive audience. By providing a tailored incentive, you ensure that when thousands of visitors ask, "where should I go today?", your business is the answer.

In 2025, AEDA piloted the Rundle Mall Exclusive Offers with ten local retailers, with highly positive results:

• Diverse Reach: Engaged 8,000+ cruise passengers, 5,000 conference delegates, and 200,000 sporting fans.
• Engagement: Generated over 600 targeted webpage views and distributed 5,000 physical touchpoints across 14 city hotels and international flights.
• Looking Ahead: We are ambitious for the year ahead. For the 2026/27 period, we aim to reach: 
  • 40 Conferences and an estimated 100,000 delegates.
  • Peak Cruise Activity, including 6,500 confirmed passengers in the immediate months and commencing again from the start of cruise season in October 2026. 
  • A Full Year of Exposure: Participating businesses will benefit from a 12-month digital-only presence managed by AEDA.

We encourage simple, compelling incentives that add value to a visitor's experience. Whether it’s a percentage discount on a minimum spend, a "buy one, get one free" value-add, or a complimentary inclusion, your offer positions your business as a welcoming part of Adelaide’s premium hospitality and retail landscape.

While participation is free, we view this as a partnership. AEDA provides the platform and the audience; in return, businesses commit to a year-round offer and share redemption data. This data allows us to measure the Program’s impact and refine our strategy to keep driving results to your door.

Expressions of interest close Friday 29 May 2026, with the Program set to commence in July 2026.
