Have your say on the 2025–2026 Draft Business Plan and Budget
AEDA is committed to creating a thriving business environment across the city and North Adelaide. As the City of Adelaide develops its 2025/26 Draft Business Plan and Budget, incorporating the AEDA 2025/26 Draft Business Plan and Budget, it invites city businesses, property owners and residents to have their say. The draft plan outlines key projects for the city and its subsidiaries, including AEDA. It includes a proposed change to the Rating Policy by introducing a minimum rate. Help shape policies and projects that support business growth and economic success. Consultation closes at midnight on Tuesday, 27 May 2025.
Enrol for the 2025 Central Ward Supplementary Election
Businesses, property owners and residents within the City of Adelaide Central Ward can enrol to vote in the upcoming Supplementary Election. If you own a business that operates within the Central Ward, you can check your enrolment status online. Enrolments close 30 May 2025.
Get your venue game ready for the rugby
Capitalise on increased spending in the CBD and North Adelaide when the British & Irish Lions play at Adelaide Oval on Saturday, 12 July 2025. Businesses can take advantage of extra visitor foot traffic by extending trading hours or accessing free promotional support. EOIs close today, 16 May 2025.

Why Adelaide's food and hospitality sector has the right recipe
Adelaide is serving serious flavour, with a top industry leader declaring the city’s hospitality scene is “punching well above its weight” and rivalling the nation’s best. Emma Kardachi – an AEDA board member and owner of popular restaurants including Fugazzi Bar & Dining Room and Osteria Oggi – says the quality of restaurants and bars is among the city's many drawcards.
Job Opportunity: Executive Assistant
Are you an administrative superstar ready to take the next step in your career? AEDA is looking for an Executive Assistant to offer high-level executive and administrative support to the General Manager.
