The national disability provider — which has a head office in Sydney — moved to Pirie Street, supported by AEDA’s Welcome to Adelaide program.

AEDA works closely with businesses either opening their doors or relocating to the CBD and North Adelaide through the program, helping them with site selection, data and insights, promotional opportunities and executive connections.

Danny Met Sally CEO Rick Dalton says the company has been among the fastest growing disability service providers in Australia, setting a benchmark for the highest level of commitment and care to its clients.

“Danny Met Sally has a personal deep affiliation with Adelaide and South Australia. It is the home state of its co-founder Ashleigh Cameron and where she cared for her long-term client Sally, Danny Met Sally namesake, for many years,” Mr Dalton says.

“(It has) set up their new Adelaide flagship office on the Ground Floor at 12 Pirie Street in the city to not only offer a centrally accessible location for clients and staff, but to build awareness of the wonderful opportunities they can provide for the disability community.”

Danny Met Sally covers all aspects of disability support, housing, community access and participation, with plans to launch holidays and other initiatives in the future.

Danny Met Sally is expected to employ up to 15 executive and administration staff in Pirie Street, and currently manage and coordinate more than 100 support workers in South Australia and growing rapidly.

AEDA works with businesses moving into the city through the Welcome to Adelaide program, which includes introductory offers at UParks, Adelaide Aquatic Centre, Rundle Mall and North Adelaide Golf Course.

Among companies that have taken part in the program include Accolade Wines, Perks Accountants and Wealth Advisers, Deloitte, Bureau of Meteorology, Plenti, PwC and ICHM.
