    • Renew Adelaide is offering businesses, creatives and hospitality operators the opportunity to establish a presence in a centrally located Adelaide CBD destination.
    • As a place activation program, Renew Adelaide supports the temporary use of vacant and underutilised properties across Adelaide’s city centre and inner precincts, helping businesses test new ideas, grow their customer base, and contribute to vibrant, active precincts.
    • Through supported tenancy opportunities, Renew Adelaide facilitates business entry into the market and contributes to broader economic activity within key retail and commercial precincts.
    • Current activation opportunities at 121 Grenfell Street, Adelaide include:

      Upper Ground – Approximately 500sqm of flexible floor space ideal for retail, studio or gallery use, featuring abundant natural light, heritage character, Baltic pine floorboards, air conditioning and a flexible layout.

      Level 1 – Approximately 450sqm full-floor tenancy suited to retail, studio, gallery or fitness operators, featuring a separate Grenfell Street entrance, original exposed brick features, generous storage and natural light.

      Hospitality Kiosk – A compact 5.4sqm street-facing kiosk in a prime CBD location, offering high exposure to commuters, office workers and city visitors, and suited to grab-and-go hospitality concepts.

      • The Nature Festival of South Australia is a statewide cultural program that brings together more than 200 organisations to deliver over 300 curated experiences across metropolitan and regional South Australia.
      • The program is centred on participation in nature, culture, and community, spanning activities across art, food, wellbeing, adventure, gardens, and Aboriginal culture. It supports collaboration between businesses, creative practitioners, and community organisations to deliver experiences that contribute to cultural participation and visitation outcomes.
      • The 2026 theme, Plant Beautiful Seeds, reflects the development of ideas and initiatives that generate long-term cultural, social, and environmental value. The program encourages participation that strengthens connection to nature and supports engagement with community-based and place-based experiences.
      • Applications are open to businesses, creatives, and organisations seeking to contribute to the 2026 program.
      • Applications close 13 July 2026.

      • Feast Festival is a major annual cultural event in Adelaide that contributes to the city’s events calendar and visitor economy through a program of arts, culture, and community engagement.
      • The festival provides a platform for businesses, food vendors, and community organisations to participate in a high-visibility public event environment, supporting direct engagement with festival audiences and contributing to precinct activation and local trading activity.
      • Participation as a stallholder enables businesses to showcase products and services within a large-scale cultural program that attracts significant local and interstate visitation.
      • Stallholder applications are open for the upcoming festival program.
      • Registrations close 1 September 2026.
